Simple AdsPrivacy Policy

Simple Ads ("the Service", "we", "us") helps businesses create and manage Google Ads Search campaigns for their own websites. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account & sign-in. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and account identifier.
- Campaign inputs. The website URL, target audience, budget and related details you enter.
- Google Ads access. With your explicit OAuth authorization, we access your Google Ads account to create and manage campaigns on your behalf. We store an OAuth refresh token (in Google Secret Manager) and account identifiers; we do not store your Google password.
- Generated & operational data. Keywords, ads, conversion settings, build status, and an audit log of API operations.
- Search Console (optional). If you connect it, we read aggregated search-query data to improve keyword suggestions.
2. How we use information
We use your information solely to provide the Service: to generate campaign plans, create and manage campaigns in your Google Ads account at your direction, show you status and results, and support and secure the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising of our own.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service, do not transfer it except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law, and do not use it for serving ads or for any unrelated purpose.
4. Sharing & subprocessors
We do not sell personal information. We rely on infrastructure providers to operate the Service: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database, secrets) and Google Vertex AI (campaign content generation). Data sent to Google Ads and Search Console goes to Google at your direction.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your project data while your account is active. You can delete a project (and its history) from the app at any time, and you can revoke our access to your Google account at Google Account permissions. To request deletion of all your data, contact us at admin@iseenow.agency.
6. Security
Tokens and secrets are stored in Google Secret Manager and accessed only by server-side components; they are never exposed to the browser. Access to the Service requires authentication.
7. Your choices
You control which Google Ads account you connect, you review and edit every generated campaign, and campaigns are created paused — they only go live when you explicitly launch them. You may disconnect accounts or delete data at any time.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
